Rana Dexter is a true professional. Our family contacted her when we had decided to move from California to Florida. We are sure glad that we did! Not only did she find us our newly constructed dream home, she kept us updated on all the steps. She face timed, called, used text and email to give us the information that we needed. We were very impressed with what Rana did for us. She is a joy to work with. Watson has an excellent business platform and Rana makes it simple. She is an excellent communicator as well as offering great counsel to us as sellers during the negotiation phase. More importantly, she listened to our needs and made sure we got what we wanted. We had a particularly difficult set of buyers and she steered us through the maze and completed the sale. Perhaps the most meaningful praise we can give is that we are getting ready to sell another of our properties and we will definitely use Rana again.

Rana was an amazing realtor and was in a tough spot given the personal situation that was involved. She helped price the house right and worked to get top dollar. Her knowledge of the Mandarin area was impressive and knowing how different areas price and appraise was extremely helpful. In addition Rana showed empathy and understanding which helped to make the whole selling process move smoothly. I would definitely recommend Rana if you are considering buying or selling.
